Place to stay in Newport

We are looking for a place to stay one night in Newport. I am debating between Ocean House B%26amp;B or Newport Belle B%26amp;B. Any thoughts?

Place to stay in Newport

I live nearby, so haven%26#39;t stayed at either one.

Ocean House is north of town on Hwy 101 (but set back). It is situated way up on a high bluff, so to get to the beach, it%26#39;s along walk down and back up.

The Newport Belle is quite unique and many people have liked it. It%26#39;s located in what we call South Beach, on the south side of the bridge. You could walk to the Rogue for dinner from there.
