Best? I don%26#39;t know, but I took a trip with Orange Torpedo years ago, and had a great, if not somewhat terrifying time. ;-) http://www.orangetorpedo.com/ . We were on the Lower Salmon, but I see that their trip on the Rogue doesn%26#39;t involve camping.
