A couple of months ago I purchased a restaurant.com certificate for Oliver%26#39;s Bar and Grill at 1000 South West Broadway Ave. I have read somewhere that this restaurant is no longer in business. Does anyone know if this is true? If so, does anyone have any other suggestions for a restaurant in the downtown area of Portland that is available through restaurant.com?

I have never hear of the restaurant you mention. I would be careful about how to book a retaurant. Best bet is to call direct.

Re: Oliver%26#39;s, I recall the place as being more an average-looking deli/bistro, soups, sandwiches, etc. If closed, it%26#39;s probably not a big loss IMO...
